These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Aethel Muse and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective. Any invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Article 4 – The Offer
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on our website are provided as accurately as possible.
However:
- Images are for illustrative purposes only
- Color variations may occur due to screen settings
- Minor errors or inaccuracies do not bind Aethel Muse
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
Article 5 – The Agreement

- The customer places an order, and
- Payment is successfully completed
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- Payment cannot be verified
- Incorrect information is provided
- Fraud or abuse is suspected

Article 6 – Prices & Modifications To The Service
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $).
The prices listed on the product pages are final prices. Since delivery originates from a non-EU country (China), we ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We cover all applicable import taxes and customs duties. The buyer will not incur any additional costs upon delivery by the postal or courier service.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Article 7 – Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Courier delays
- Incorrect address details
- Force majeure events
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Article 8 – Returns & Right to Cancel
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

- All returns must be approved before shipment
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will not be issued if:

- The return arrives at an incorrect address

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing:

- Provide photos/videos and order number
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Products are provided "as is" and intended for personal use only.
Warranty does not apply if:
- Products are misused or altered
- Normal wear and tear occurs
- Damage results from improper handling
We are not responsible for suitability for a specific purpose unless explicitly stated.

Aethel Muse is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays beyond our control
- Loss caused by incorrect customer information
Our liability shall never exceed the value of the order.

- Customs delays
